Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer / Technology Specialist with strong experience in Capital Markets and Asset Management domains. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Python, React, Java, and SQL, along with a sound understanding of Public Markets, Securities, Bonds, Trading & Settlement, Regulatory Reporting, and Client Reporting processes.

Experience supporting global asset management teams, particularly within investment management environments, will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications supporting capital markets and asset management business functions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, investment teams, and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver technology solutions.
- Develop front-end applications using React and backend services using Python and Java.
- Build and optimize data processing solutions using SQL and modern database technologies.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in:

- Python
- React.js

- Java

- Standard SQL




- Experience in API development and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of database design and optimization.
- Experience with application development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

Required Domain Experience Candidates should possess experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Understanding of financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and settlement processes.
- Experience working with Sydney-based or APAC Asset Management teams is desirable.

Education
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
