About the Role

Inceptial Technologies is looking for an experienced Python & Backend Development Corporate Trainer to deliver structured, hands-on technical training focused on Python programming, backend development, REST APIs, software engineering practices, and modern development tools.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong hands-on Python/backend development experience and proven corporate training expertise . The role requires the ability to deliver practical, industry-oriented sessions through live coding, hands-on labs, real-world use cases, and project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training on Python from Basic to Advanced levels .
- Train participants on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) , Data Structures & Algorithms, and problem-solving.
- Conduct hands-on sessions on RESTful API development and integration .
- Train participants on backend development using FastAPI, Flask, or equivalent frameworks .
- Cover basic SQL, database connectivity, and practical data processing using Pandas.
- Conduct practical coding, debugging, and application optimization sessions.
- Introduce participants to Git/GitHub, Docker, CI/CD, Linux, and deployment fundamentals .
- Cover authentication concepts including JWT and API security fundamentals.
- Introduce up-to-date backend and AI development concepts, including RAG/Generative AI ,



where applicable.
- Develop hands-on labs, coding exercises, assignments, assessments, and mini-projects.
- Mentor participants during practical exercises and project implementation.
- Create and maintain training presentations, documentation, coding examples, and lab material.
- Keep training content aligned with current industry practices and technologies.
