About the Role

Aviso AI is looking for a highly skilled and solution-oriented Software Engineer to join our Professional Services (PS) organization. In this role, you will be the technical backbone of our Engagement Team, working directly alongside Implementation Consultants, Project Managers, and Customer Success Managers to deliver seamless deployments for our enterprise customers.

Unlike core product engineering, this role is highly dynamic and customer-centric. You will leverage your expertise in the Python stack to build custom automation, develop data integration scripts, and solve complex technical challenges during customer onboarding. Your work will directly accelerate time-to-value for our customers, ensuring their complex tech stacks (CRMs, data warehouses, and custom tools) integrate flawlessly with Aviso’s AI-driven RevOps platform.

Responsibilities

- Technical Implementation Support: Partner with the Engagement team to execute the technical phases of recent customer deployments, ensuring configurations are scalable and tailored to customer requirements.
- Python-Driven Automation: Design, build, and maintain Python scripts and automation tools to streamline the onboarding process, data ingestion, and system configuration.
- Data Integration & API Management: Work extensively with RESTful APIs to integrate Aviso AI with customer systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake). Write scripts to extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets safely and efficiently.
- Custom Solutions Development: Act as a technical problem-solver. When out-of-the-box configurations don’t meet a specific enterprise requirement, build bespoke middleware, automated workflows, or custom data pipelines to bridge the gap.
- Troubleshooting & QA: Identify, debug, and resolve technical roadblocks during the implementation phase before hand-off to the core Customer Success team.
- Documentation & Tooling:



Build reusable code libraries and document best practices so the broader Professional Services team can scale efficiently and reduce manual implementation effort.
- Required to work during the US business hours.

Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Solutions Engineer.
- Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in Python and its broader ecosystem (e.g., Pandas, Requests, Flask/FastAPI, or similar frameworks used for scripting and backend processes).
- Automation Expertise: Proven experience building scripts and tools that automate manual processes, data migrations, or system configurations.
- API & Integration Skills: Deep understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and webhooks. Experience connecting disjointed software systems reliably.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: While primarily a technical role, you must possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical engagement managers and client stakeholders.
- Agility: Ability to juggle multiple implementation projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to the unique technical environments of different customers.

Preferred Qualifications

- CRM Knowledge: Previous experience working with CRM APIs (specifically Salesforce or HubSpot) or data extraction from enterprise systems.
- Services Experience: Prior experience in a Professional Services, Implementation, or Solutions Engineering team within a B2B SaaS company.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS/GCP, Docker, or basic CI/CD pipelines to deploy your custom scripts and integrations.
