About the Role

We are looking for experienced Python Developers to join a leading Big 4 Technology Consulting practice and build enterprise-grade applications, cloud-native platforms, AI-powered solutions, intelligent automation systems, and large-scale data-driven products.

This role is ideal for engineers passionate about designing scalable backend systems, solving complex business problems, and delivering high-impact solutions for global enterprise clients.

Based on experience and expertise, candidates will be considered for Senior Developer, Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Engineering Manager positions.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Python applications.
- Build high-performance backend services and APIs.
- Develop reusable frameworks, libraries, and automation tools.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Create secure and maintainable enterprise software solutions.

Backend Engineering
- Design RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Build distributed and microservices-based applications.
- Develop asynchronous and event-driven systems.
- Handle integrations with enterprise applications, databases, and cloud services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security standards.

Cloud & DevOps
- Build cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Design CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.




- Monitor system performance and ensure operational excellence.

Consulting & Client Engagement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Participate in requirement gathering and solution design workshops.
- Translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
- Support enterprise modernization and digital transformation programs.

Technical Leadership (8+ Years)
- Lead development teams across multiple projects.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards.
- Mentor developers and contribute to capability building.
