Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchase role based in Pune City. The Purchase professional will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including vendor identification, negotiation, and order placement for art, craft, and DIY supplies. Daily tasks include creating and tracking purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate purchase records.

The role also involves analyzing purchasing data, optimizing costs, and collaborating with warehouse, finance,



and operations teams to ensure uninterrupted supply and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of purchasing processes and purchasing best practices, with the ability to manage procurement cycles efficiently.
- Experience in purchase management, including vendor selection, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Hands-on experience with purchase orders and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Proficiency in analytical skills for evaluating supplier performance, pricing, and inventory data to support cost-effective decisions.
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement software and basic MS Excel skills.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; prior experience in retail or e-commerce sourcing is an advantage.
