We are looking for an experienced Purchase & Production Coordinator for our ladies' garment business.

Our main products include Ladies Nighties, Kurtis and other women's garments.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of ladies' garments and an existing network of karigars/tailors and garment suppliers. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with karigars, managing production and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and purchase fabrics, materials and other garment-related items.
- Identify new designs and trending ladies' garments.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and wholesalers.
- Have and maintain a network of reliable karigars/tailors for garment production.
- Allocate production work to suitable karigars.
- Coordinate with karigars regarding designs, sizes, quantity and finishing.
- Follow up on production and ensure timely completion.
- Check the quality of finished garments.
- Compare purchase and production costs to maintain valuable profit margins.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers and karigars.
- Manage fabric/material requirements for production.
- Maintain records of purchases, production and payments.




- Coordinate with the warehouse/e-commerce team regarding finished products.
- Help develop new products and designs based on market demand
- Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in ladies' garment purchasing/production.
- Must have an existing network of karigars/tailors.
- Good knowledge of Ladies Nighties, Kurtis and women's garments.
- Good understanding of fabrics, sizes, designs and garment quality.
- Strong supplier and karigar management skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of garment costing and profit margins.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Important Requirement Candidates without an existing karigar/tailor network are less preferred.

Experience in garment manufacturing, wholesale garment markets, ladies' apparel sourcing or production coordination will be highly preferred.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Location: Liluah, West Bengal

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
