Purchase Manager – Vasal Education

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Vasal Education is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, sourcing, negotiation, purchase planning, and ensuring timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with schools, departments, and vendors to understand procurement requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, stationery, furniture, and other required items.
- Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality, delivery timelines,



and compliance.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, MIS reports, and inventory-related documentation.
- Ensure procurement is carried out as per organizational policies and budgets.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate degree in any relevant discipline; MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain/Purchase will be an added advantage.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Experience in the education/school sector will be preferred.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
