Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager – PUF/PIR Procurement with strong knowledge of raw material sourcing for PUF/PIR panel manufacturing. The role involves vendor development, inventory planning, cost negotiation and supply-risk management.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure Polyol, MDI, PPGI/PPGL/GI Coils, adhesives, protective films, accessories and consumables.
- Develop, evaluate and maintain reliable vendor networks.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Plan inventory and ensure timely availability of critical raw materials.




- Monitor market prices, supplier performance and material quality.
- Identify and manage supply risks to avoid production disruptions.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, Quality and Finance teams.
- Drive cost optimization while maintaining required quality standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain or related field.
- 7–12 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in PUF/PIR, sandwich panel or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of PUF/PIR raw materials and coil procurement.
- Excellent vendor development, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
