Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive with mandatory experience in the Corporate Gifting industry.
The candidate will be responsible for vendor sourcing, quotation management, price negotiation, procurement, customization, order processing, and timely delivery of corporate gifting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source corporate gifting products from vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Handle procurement for bulk corporate gifting orders.
- Coordinate customization, branding, printing, packaging, and product specifications.
- Process purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for timely execution.
- Follow up with vendors regarding production, dispatch, and delivery.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth order execution.
- Check product quality and specifications before dispatch.
- Resolve vendor-related issues, delays, and quality concerns.
- Maintain records of vendor quotations, purchase orders, pricing, and procurement status.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Corporate Gifting industry is mandatory.
- Candidates currently working or having prior experience with Corporate Gifting companies will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of corporate gifting products and vendors.
- Experience in customized gifting, branding, printing, and bulk orders.
- Strong vendor negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
