Role Description The Purchase Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of farm-related products and agri inputs. Day-to-day tasks include vendor identification and coordination, negotiating pricing and terms, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate purchase records.

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements, track delivery schedules, resolve discrepancies, and support cost-effective,



quality-driven procurement decisions. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting continuous improvement in purchasing processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in purchase orders and purchase requisitions, with hands-on experience in processing and tracking these documents.
- Candidates should possess skills in purchase management and procurement, including vendor management, negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and logistics teams.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of inventory control, supply chain operations, and documentation practices.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, commerce, business administration, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in agricultural products, agritech, or FMCG procurement is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP or purchasing software, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are highly desirable.
