The role

You'll own publisher growth: find website owners whose traffic fits our network, show them the revenue they're leaving on the table, and take them from first conversation to live ads and first payout. You'll work directly with the founder — no layers, fast decisions.

What you'll do

- Prospect and pitch publishers (content, news, tools, entertainment sites) via LinkedIn, email, and publisher communities
- Run the full funnel: outreach → demo/revenue estimate → signup → site approval → tag live → first revenue
- Hand-hold onboarding with support from our tech team (site approval, ads.txt, tag install)
- Keep publishers happy and growing — upsell formats,



reduce churn
- Hit monthly targets on publishers onboarded and activated revenue
- Bring market feedback straight to the founder

What we're looking for

- 1–3+ years in sales or business development — ad tech, ad network, SSP, or digital publishing strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of web monetization (AdSense, Google Ad Manager, header bidding, RPM/CPM) — or proof you learn fast
- Robust written English for outreach; confident on calls
- Self-driven and target-oriented — you'll own your pipeline end to end

Bonus points

- An existing network of publishers or webmasters
- You know what Prebid is without googling it
