About the Role

We are looking for an empathetic and proactive Patient Relations Officer to support patients and their families during their recovery journey. You will serve as the primary guide and advocate for families, ensuring a smooth care experience, resolving concerns, and keeping lines of communication open between families and medical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient & Family Support: Welcome recent patients, answer non-medical questions, and help families navigate the facility and rehabilitation process.

- Care Communication: Act as a bridge between families and therapy/medical teams to ensure everyone stays informed about recovery goals and care plans.

- Issue Resolution: Listen to patient feedback, address complaints promptly, and work with clinical teams to solve operational issues.

- Experience & Feedback: Conduct regular check-ins during admission, carry out exit surveys at discharge, and help improve overall patient satisfaction

Qualification: MSW/MBA
