About the Role
We are looking for a highly curious, detail-oriented, and proactive PR & Awards Intern to join our agency’s corporate communications team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about advertising, creativity, storytelling, and the marketing industry, and who is excited by the idea of helping build the agency’s reputation through award-winning work, PR initiatives, and thought leadership.
As a PR & Awards Intern, you will support the end-to-end process of identifying award opportunities, coordinating submissions, developing compelling case study narratives, and showcasing the agency’s best work across industry platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the agency’s PR and corporate communications initiatives.
- Track and identify award opportunities across national and international award shows.
- Coordinate award entries by gathering case study material, campaign assets, results, and supporting documentation.
- Help write and refine award submissions, campaign summaries, and case study narratives.
- Work with creative, strategy, and account teams to collect campaign information and impact metrics.
- Maintain a repository of the agency’s best work, credentials, case studies, and award history.
- Research industry trends, winning work, jury preferences, and benchmark case studies.
- Assist in creating agency credentials, capability decks,
and showcase presentations.
- Coordinate with media publications for agency news, thought leadership, interviews, and announcements.
- Track media coverage, awards, and PR performance; maintain regular reporting dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to amplify agency work across owned, earned, and industry channels.
- Support leadership in profiling key spokespeople and developing thought leadership content.
- Help manage timelines and deadlines for award submissions, speaking opportunities, and PR initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and project management abilities.
- Curious about advertising, creativity, and the marketing industry.
- Ability to turn campaign information into compelling narratives.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and basic Excel/Sheets.
- Someone who follows advertising award shows like Cannes Lions, Effies, One Show, D&AD;, Spikes, etc., and enjoys studying great creative work.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with copywriting or content writing.
- Familiarity with advertising case films and award entry formats.
- Basic design or presentation skills.
- Passion for creative culture and industry publications.
