Role Description The Public Relations Intern role at Niyaz is an internship position based in Delhi, India, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for both in office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support the development and execution of PR activities, including drafting press releases, assisting with media pitches, and maintaining media contact lists.



Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring media coverage, helping prepare communication materials, coordinating with internal teams to gather information, and supporting brand storytelling initiatives.

The intern will also assist with event-related PR tasks, social media amplification of brand news, and basic reporting on PR efforts and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and support Public Relations initiatives, including Press Releases and Media Relations.
- Strong Communication skills with an interest in Strategic Communications and brand storytelling.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Solid writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and tone.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting in Delhi, India, with the ability to collaborate both in person and remotely.
- Interest in design, craftsmanship, luxury or lifestyle brands is beneficial.
- Organizational skills, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn from feedback.
