About the Role

3Space is looking for a proactive and confident Public Relations Intern to help build and strengthen relationships with investors, industry professionals, media, institutions, partners, and other key stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role involving stakeholder communication, investor relations, media outreach, event coordination, partnerships, and community engagement. The intern will get direct exposure to how an early-stage aerospace startup builds its external presence and network.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and communicate with investors, potential investors, industry professionals, partners, institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with investor outreach, follow-ups, meeting coordination, and maintaining communication records.
- Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, publications, creators, and relevant industry communities.
- Assist in preparing press releases, media pitches, announcements, official communications, and outreach messages.
- Plan and coordinate events, workshops, webinars, networking sessions, and community initiatives.
- Coordinate with colleges, universities, student communities, incubators, accelerators, industry bodies, and other organizations for potential collaborations.
- Support outreach for partnerships, collaborations, speaking opportunities, events, and ecosystem initiatives.
- Maintain databases of investors, media contacts, partners, institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Identify relevant networking, PR, partnership, and community-building opportunities.




- Assist in strengthening 3Space's public presence, credibility, and positioning within the aerospace and startup ecosystem.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent and professional external communication.

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable written and verbal English.
- Comfortable communicating with professionals, founders, investors, institutions, and external organizations.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to take ownership.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations, follow-ups, and activities effectively.
- Interest in startups, aerospace, technology, entrepreneurship, or business development is a plus.
- Prior experience in PR, outreach, event management, community building, or communications is an advantage but not mandatory.
