About Ollato Eduversity

Ollato Eduversity, Mumbai, works in the areas of education, career development, mental health, psychometric assessment, training, and capacity building. We implement field-based projects that support students, educators, schools, and communities across India.

We are currently looking for Psychologists, Social Workers, and Educators to join a short-term field project focused on Career Guidance, Student Counselling, and Mental Health Awareness in schools across Maharashtra.

This opportunity is particularly suitable for fresh postgraduates, final-year postgraduate students, and early-career professionals who are interested in gaining practical experience in school-based counselling, career guidance, psychological assessment, workshops, and community-based interventions.

The position involves extensive field travel and direct engagement with students and schools. Candidates who are comfortable with frequent travel and field-based work will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct baseline assessments of schools and students as per project requirements.
- Facilitate Career Guidance and Mental Health Awareness workshops for students.
- Conduct individual student interactions, career guidance, and counselling sessions.
- Support psychological and career-related assessments and interpretation, as required.
- Conduct endline assessments and assist in monitoring project outcomes.
- Coordinate with school principals, teachers, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain appropriate records, reports, attendance, and project documentation.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned project activities and deliverables.
- Travel to assigned schools and project locations across Maharashtra.
- Work collaboratively with the project and field implementation team.

Educational Qualifications

Required:

- Master's Degree – completed or final year – in any of the following:
- Psychology
- Social Work
- Education
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Final-year postgraduate students may be considered for On-the-Job Training (OJT) opportunities.

Essential Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with adolescents and young people.
- Ability to conduct presentations, workshops, and group activities.
- Basic understanding of career guidance and/or mental health concepts.
- Willingness to undertake frequent travel and school visits.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a field team.
- Professional conduct while working with schools, students, teachers, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Candidates Preference may be given to candidates who:
- Are based in or around Thane, Bhiwandi, Raigad, Ratnagiri,



or nearby project locations.
- Have prior experience in:
- Student counselling
- Career guidance
- School-based programmes
- Training and workshops
- Psychological assessments
- Community or fieldwork
- Are comfortable working in rural, semi-urban, and field-based environments.
- Can join at short notice.

Employment Type Short-Term Project Engagement The position is project-based and involves field visits to schools across assigned districts of Maharashtra. Candidates should be prepared for extensive local travel as part of their responsibilities.
