About the Role....

Aventra Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Proposal Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing skilled, compelling, and compliant proposals, RFP responses, and supporting documents that help us win new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Research and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitation documents.

Develop clear, persuasive, and well-structured proposals.

Review solicitation requirements and create proposal response outlines.

Coordinate with internal teams and subject-matter experts to gather required information.

Write, edit, and proofread proposal content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Ensure proposals meet client requirements, formatting standards, and submission deadlines.

Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and supporting documentation.

Assist with proposal planning, compliance matrices, and response tracking.

Conduct research on clients, contracts, industries, and business opportunities.

Manage multiple proposals and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

Requirements

6 months to 2 years of experience in proposal writing, business writing, technical writing, bid management,



or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.

Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Ability to understand complex requirements and convert them into clear written responses.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Experience with Government Contracting (GovCon), RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, or government proposals will be an added advantage.
