Key Skills Required

 Proficiency in quotation preparation and internal communication

 Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills

 Strong knowledge of engineering principles and best practices.

 Good understanding of technical and commercial aspects of engineering proposals.

 Good working knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

 Self-Motivated with Good Time Management Skills.

 Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with multiple departments.

 Willingness to learn and understand current products, systems, and engineering solutions.Roles and Responsibilities

 Prepare and review technical and commercial quotations based on customer requirements.

 Coordinate with internal departments such as Engineering, Sales, Purchase, and Projects forproposal preparation.

 Understand customer requirements, specifications, and project scope.

 Prepare cost estimates, proposal documents, and quotation summaries.

 Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for required technical and commercial information.

 Ensure quotations are accurate,



complete, and submitted within the required timelines.  Support the Sales and Engineering teams in preparing proposals and clarifications.

 Handle internal communication and coordination related to proposals and quotations

.  Maintain proper records of quotations, proposals, and related documents

Qualification-Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or B.Com.

Experience 2-4 Candidates from grain processing, food processing, material handling, conveyorsystems, or related engineering industries will be preferred.

Language Requirements  English Hindi  Local language of the respective state will be an added advantage.

Computer Skills  Good working knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

 Should be able to prepare reports, project documentation, schedules, estimates, materiallists, and basic technical documents.
