Position: Office Stacking / Property Sourcing Executive – Commercial Leasing

Location: Pune | MMR | Bengaluru | Hyderabad

Reporting To: City Leasing Head

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and proactive office stacking / property sourcing executive to identify and source office spaces available for lease. The role involves connecting with landlords, developers, brokers, and property owners, evaluating properties, and maintaining a strong database of available office spaces.

Key Responsibilities

? Property Sourcing

- Find office spaces available for lease in key commercial locations.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and IPCs.
- Identify exclusive and off-market properties.
- Regularly visit and survey commercial markets to identify current vacancies.

? Property Evaluation

- Check properties based on location, connectivity, building quality, parking, and amenities.
- Collect details such as area, rent, CAM, deposit, fit-out status, and availability.
- Verify basic ownership and property documents.

? Database & Market Updates

- Maintain an updated database of available office properties.
- Track market rents, vacancies, and upcoming commercial projects.
- Update CRM with property details, photos, floor plans, and other information.

? Coordination

- Coordinate with the leasing team to match properties with client requirements.




- Arrange property visits and support client inspections.
- Coordinate with landlords for commercial proposals and approvals.

? Reporting

- Prepare weekly property sourcing and market reports.
- Track sourcing targets, exclusive mandates, and conversion results.

KPIs

- Number of new properties sourced
- Active office inventory maintained
- Qualified properties added to CRM
- Client site visits arranged
- Property-to-lease conversion

Candidate Profile

Experience:

- 5–6 years of experience in commercial real estate, office leasing, property sourcing, or brokerage.
- Good knowledge of commercial office markets in the respective city.
- Strong landlord, developer, and broker network will be an advantage.

Education:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing / Real Estate is preferred.
