About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Property Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple vacation rental properties. The ideal candidate should have excellent housekeeping management skills, be street-smart, proactive, and possess strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end property operations across multiple Airbnb units.
- Supervise housekeeping teams and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out experiences.
- Handle property maintenance, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Revenue and Marketing teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with service standards.

Requirements





- 2-6 years of experience in Hospitality Operations, Hotel Operations, or Vacation Rentals.
- Strong experience managing housekeeping teams.
- Positive understanding of Food & Beverage operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable handling vendors and operational challenges.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Airbnb, hotels, resorts, or serviced apartments.
- Guest relationship management.
- Multi-property operations experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Street-smart, proactive, and highly organized.
