- Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: Usually 2–5 years in hotel operations, front office, housekeeping, or property management.

- Key skills: Team management, guest handling, communication, problem-solving, budgeting, and staff scheduling.

- Technical knowledge: PMS/hotel management software, reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, housekeeping coordination, and basic financial reporting.

- Leadership: Ability to supervise front-office and housekeeping teams and maintain room standards.

- Languages: Positive English plus the local language; additional languages can be an advantage.

- Certifications: Hospitality/property-management certifications can strengthen the profile but are often not mandatory.
