Role Description The Property Hunter role at MedPlus Health Services Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar.

The Property

Hunter is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and shortlisting suitable commercial properties for new MedPlus outlets in line with business expansion plans. Daily activities include conducting field visits, assessing property locations for footfall and accessibility, gathering local market intelligence, and coordinating with landlords, brokers, and local authorities. The role involves comparing rental and lease terms, preparing site assessment reports,



and sharing recommendations with the real estate and operations teams.

The Property

Hunter also supports negotiations, ensures timely documentation, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth property acquisition and store setup.

Qualifications

- Strong property scouting and market research abilities, including experience in identifying commercial spaces and assessing local demographics and competition.
- Skills in negotiation and stakeholder management to work effectively with landlords, brokers, and internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of real estate documentation and regulatory requirements relevant to commercial leasing.
- Proficiency in using maps, location-based tools, and standard productivity software for reporting and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present clear site assessment reports and recommendations.
- Robust time management, planning, and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple property evaluations simultaneously.
- Comfort with extensive field work and travel within Bhubaneswar and surrounding areas.
- Prior experience in real estate, retail expansion, or property acquisition is preferred; a graduate degree in any discipline is beneficial.
