About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and highly driven real estate skilled to lead our property acquisition efforts in Pune and surrounding regions. This is a pure field-based role focused on identifying and acquiring ready-to-move-in properties as well as scouting potential sites for Built-to-Suit (BTS) developments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the real estate sector, with a proven network of landowners, developers, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities• Identify and evaluate suitable ready-to-move-in properties that meet company requirements across various asset classes.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, developers, IPCs (International Property Consultants), and local brokers to source BTS opportunities.
- Conduct site visits, due diligence,



and feasibility assessments for both ready and BTS properties.
- Lead end-to-end negotiations on lease/rent terms and coordinate with legal and technical teams for transaction closure.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand space requirements, timelines, and expansion plans.
- Maintain an updated database of potential properties and development partners in the region.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on pipeline, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at local real estate networking events and forums.

Desired Candidate Profile• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate acquisition, preferably with IPCs or leading PropTech platforms.

- Strong existing network of landowners, developers, brokers, and industry stakeholders in Pune and surrounding regions.
- Sound understanding of lease/rent structures, due diligence processes, and property documentation.
- Proven track record of closing property transactions within defined timelines.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a field-intensive role involving extensive local travel.
- Bachelor's degree required; a degree/certification in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; familiarity with CRM or property databases is a plus.
