About the Role: We are looking for a Promo Writer who can shape the stories behind SoulSensei's workshops, guides, and community experiences. Every experience on SoulSensei starts with a practice, a guide, and a moment of clarity. Your job is to find what makes that experience meaningful and turn it into communication that makes the right person stop, pay attention, and show up.

This role is focused on promotional storytelling. From video scripts to workshop launches and campaign narratives, you will create work that builds curiosity, drives participation, and reflects the authenticity of the SoulSensei brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop campaign concepts and promotional narratives for workshops, personal sessions, and special initiatives.
- Write scripts for short-form performance marketing videos, launch assets, and community campaigns.
- Research deeply through session recordings, landing pages, topic research to understand what makes each guide's sessions resonate. Work closely with guide and partner managers to fill in the gaps.
- Study top-performing creatives and audience data to identify patterns, and apply those learnings to recent work.
- Translate spiritual and wellness topics into communication that is engaging, accessible, and relatable.




- Write hooks that work on their own, not ones that need context or buildup. Every opening line should earn the next second of attention.
- Support the planning and execution of launch campaigns from concept through delivery.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand voice across all audience-facing communication.
- Identify emerging content formats, storytelling approaches, and audience interests to strengthen campaign effectiveness.
- Contribute creative ideas for launches, community engagement initiatives, and new experiences.

What We're Looking For

- 2-5 years of experience in creative writing, promo writing, scriptwriting, advertising, content strategy, brand communications, or campaign development.
- Exceptional writing skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into transparent and compelling narratives. Hindi writing ability is a plus.
- Experience creating content for TV, OTT, radio, or digital-first platforms and short-form video formats.
- Strong understanding of what makes people curious, what holds attention, and what drives someone to sign up.
- Ability to study creative performance data and translate it into better scripts, not just rely on instinct.
- Comfortable collaborating with marketing and business teams, video editors, and designers.
- Works independently. Takes ownership and delivers without follow-ups.
- A genuine interest in spirituality, mindfulness, wellness, personal growth, or conscious living.
