About the Role

We are looking for a Site Project Engineer – Civil / Mechanical to oversee the fabrication & installation of OOH Media infrastructure at our Bhogapuram International Airport project site.

This is a hands-on site role involving supervision of civil works, structural fabrication, erection and installation, along with contractor coordination, quality monitoring and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil, fabrication, erection and installation activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, fabricators and internal project teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor site progress, materials, measurements and workmanship.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues and execution bottlenecks.




- Coordinate with airport authorities regarding site access, permits, material movement and other site requirements.
- Maintain site records, photographs and daily/weekly progress reports.
- Support inspections, snag rectification and project handover.

What We're Looking For

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in site execution, construction, fabrication, erection or project coordination.
- Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good contractor coordination and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong focus on quality, safety and project timelines.
- Proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a hands-on site environment.
- Experience in “airport, infrastructure or large-scale projects” will be an added advantage.

Career Chance This is a full-time position with A.G. Concepts Pvt Ltd, and not a project-only/short-term employment opportunity.

Upon completion of the Bhogapuram International Airport project, the candidate will be transitioned to the company's Mumbai Head Office and will continue to work with the Projects team.

Depending on business requirements, the candidate may subsequently be assigned to other projects and project sites across India, providing exposure to different OOH, Outdoor Media, Airport Media and Design & Build projects.
