Project Manager – F&B; Hospitality

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred

Experience: 5–10 years in hospitality, restaurant, F&B;, retail, or commercial projects

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end restaurant/F&B; project execution.
- Coordinate civil, interior, MEP, kitchen, HVAC, electrical and plumbing works.
- Handle project timelines, budgets, vendors and contractors.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work meets quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and F&B; operations teams.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve execution issues.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved cost, quality and timeline.
- Manage multiple outlet openings, renovations and refurbishment projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

A Civil Engineer with robust project management experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, QSRs or commercial interiors, with good vendor and contractor management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
