Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end Solar EPC project execution from mobilization to commissioning. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, timely completion, and smooth execution of both rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee complete Solar EPC execution from project mobilization to commissioning.
- Supervise contractors, site engineers, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate with DISCOMs, electrical inspectors, government authorities, and third-party vendors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and proper execution.
- Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.




- Prepare and submit regular work progress reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and operational issues.
- Ensure project activities are completed as per quality standards and specifications.
- Travel to project sites as required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Solar EPC project execution.
- Site execution and project management experience.
- Valuable knowledge of electrical/civil site activities.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Contractor and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
- Good planning, monitoring, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
