Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Act as the primary liaison between Avekshaa and the customer, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Manage end-to-end execution of multiple projects, overseeing scheduling, costs, quality, and adherence to requirements.
- Define, drive, and communicate the scope of work, project objectives, plans, key milestones, acceptance and success criteria, progress reports, challenges, and project closure reports for customer presentations and ensure visibility for all stakeholders.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new projects, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of the project.
- Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership, leveraging technical expertise to guide project teams.
- Uphold internal Project/Delivery management policies, inspect and adopt best practices, standards, and templates. Implement standard project management methodologies and practices.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of project initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience, with a strong background in technical roles and a successful transition to project management.
- Extensive experience in managing projects for banking clients (BFSI clients) and a deep understanding of the banking domain.
- Experience managing highly strategic and complex projects, interacting with business and technology individuals at all levels.




- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams through complex and dynamic project environments.
- Demonstrated leadership in resource allocation, team management, and mentoring.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models.
- A self-starter, independent-thinker, curious, and creative person with ambition and passion.
- Led cross-functional Delivery team(s) in planning and executing multiple strategic initiatives.
- Expert knowledge of agile and traditional project management principles and practices, with the ability to combine them appropriately.
- Managed project/team deliverables, ensuring alignment with business portfolio(s) and strategic outcomes.
- Ability to create and communicate program plans and proposals.
- Negotiate alternatives at the senior management level, demonstrating effective decisionmaking and strategic leadership.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Workload management skills to ensure the proper distribution of work among team members.
- Multi-tasker and adaptive to quick changes.
- Solid problem-solving, decision-making skills, analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in successfully delivering managed IT services / ITOps will be an added advantage.
- Certification in Project Management Methodology (Prince2/PMP), Agile (Certified Scrum Master) is mandatory.
- CTC:Upto 30 LPA
