Job Title: Project Manager – Data Engineering & Development

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will lead multiple projects across Data Engineering and Development teams, ensuring seamless delivery of complex initiatives. You will manage projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies while effectively collaborating with global stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and plan project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Track and manage project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide regular updates through accurate project reports and dashboards.
- Drive PMO governance and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 5+ years in project management; 4+ years in managing IT projects.
- Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with project management tools, SDLC, and data engineering concepts.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Global Exposure:



Experience working with international stakeholders and managing diverse teams.
