Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Projects**

(Architect / Civil Engineer Background Preferred)

Role Overview**

Spazioliv is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of residential interior projects from site handover to final delivery.

The ideal candidate should have a background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Execution, or Construction Management, with strong expertise in project planning, site execution, vendor management, customer handling, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities**

1. Project Planning & Execution

* Manage end-to-end interior project execution.

- Prepare project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered within committed timelines.

2. Site Management

- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
- Monitor installation, civil work, modular installations, and finishing activities.
- Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications.

3. Vendor & Contractor Management

- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and vendors.
- Ensure manpower availability and productivity at site.
- Monitor vendor performance and quality standards.

4. Customer Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact during project execution.
- Provide regular progress updates to customers.
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Quality Control

- Conduct stage-wise quality inspections.
- Ensure adherence to Spazioliv quality standards and SOPs.
- Minimize rework, defects, and project delays.

6. Material & Procurement Coordination





- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for timely material availability.
- Track material requirements and consumption.
- Prevent project delays due to material shortages.

7. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with Design, DQC, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Ensure smooth transition from design approval to execution.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting.

Project Delivery

- 95%+ projects delivered on or before committed timelines.

Quality

- Quality Audit Score above 90%.
- Less than 3% rework across projects.

Customer Satisfaction

- CSAT Score above 8.5/10.
- Minimal customer escalations.

Cost Control

* Project cost variance within approved budgets.

Productivity

- Effective management of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Timely milestone completion.

Requirements**

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

OR

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

OR

- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design with solid execution experience.

Experience

- 2-4 years of experience in residential interior execution.
- Experience managing modular and turnkey interior projects.
- Strong understanding of site execution, BOQs, drawings, and project planning.
