Role Overview The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of scientific and research projects, ensuring effective team coordination, timely delivery of milestones, comprehensive documentation, and smooth communication with stakeholders and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee scientific and research projects from initiation through completion
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams of 10 or more members
- Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) between the project team and the Chief
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and action-item tracking
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone trackers
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Maintain project documentation, reports, records, and correspondence
- Coordinate with researchers, technical teams, and external stakeholders
- Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies




- Prepare periodic status reports and present project updates to leadership
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement project management best practices

Eligibility

- Master's degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Neuroscience, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination

- Demonstrated experience managing teams of 10 or more members
- Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong documentation, reporting, and record-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Preferred

- Experience managing scientific, healthcare, clinical, or research projects
- Project Management certification is an added advantage
