Role Description This full-time remote Project Manager Scrum Master role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. The role involves planning and prioritizing work, facilitating agile ceremonies (such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives), and coordinating with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve blockers.

The Project Manager Scrum

Master will manage schedules, track progress, and report status, while aligning logistics, expediting activities, and inspection-related tasks to keep projects moving efficiently. The role also includes identifying risks,



implementing process improvements, and fostering a collaborative, transparent, and accountable team culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to coordinate tasks, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to support quality checks, compliance with standards, and verification of project outputs.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee resource coordination, documentation, and alignment of project logistics with timelines.
- Professional experience in agile methodologies and Scrum practices; Scrum Master or similar certification is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
