Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 8 to 13 years of expertise in managing IT projects and delivering business outcomes. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, excellent client communication abilities, and a proven track record of handling end-to-end project execution. This role requires effective stakeholder management, resource planning, and the ability to work in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage IT/software projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.




- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for project updates.
- Prepare and monitor project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Track project progress using dashboards and tools, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth transition to support teams post-deployment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 8 to 13 years of experience in IT project management.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Key Skills:

- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud) is desirable.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
