We are launching new Health & Wellness and Cosmetic Brand projects and are looking for an experienced, responsible and result-oriented Project Head to lead and manage the complete project operations.

Role: Project Head

Experience: Relevant experience in Project Management / Health & Wellness / FMCG / Cosmetics / D2C / Brand Operations preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete Project SOP & Execution
- Plan, implement and monitor project activities
- Manage and coordinate multiple departments
- Team allocation, supervision and performance monitoring
- Daily/weekly team reporting and MIS
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, E-commerce & Backend teams
- Track project targets, timelines and deliverables
- Ensure proper SOP implementation across departments
- Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions
- Conduct regular review meetings
- Report directly to Management with project updates and performance
