Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

- 20+ years of overall experience in Civil Construction / Real Estate.
- Proven experience independently managing large-scale high-rise residential projects.
- Experience in projects of 1518 lakh sq. ft. or more is essential.
- Experience handling multiple towers, basements, podiums, and large-scale residential developments.
- Solid track record of successfully delivering projects within committed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
