The Role

We are hiring a Project Manager to own a large enterprise customer rollout end-to-end: every deliverable, every milestone, and every customer touchpoint. This is a senior individual contributor role with high visibility across the customer organisation and LIFO leadership.

What You Will Own

- Own the customer relationship as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the duration of the engagement.
- Run the project cadence: internal weekly reviews, customer reviews, and a steering committee with leadership.
- Track milestone commitments, monitor and surface risks early, and act decisively when something slips.
- Manage the operational pipeline across multiple workstreams: surface backlogs, reallocate resources, and unblock teams.
- Produce a credible weekly status MIS for both internal and customer consumption.
- Coordinate a cross-functional team to drive outcomes through shared deliverables across teams.
- Be the single source of truth on project status for leadership, customer, vendors, and internal teams.

Technology Exposure

- AI and edge systems: Vision AI and computer vision concepts, NVIDIA Jetson edge devices,



and RTSP or ONVIF camera streaming.
- Networking and IoT: basic networking (LAN, routers, VPN, bandwidth), IoT device connectivity, and edge deployments.
- Project and collaboration tools: MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Slack, Teams, and Excel-based MIS reporting.

Must Have

- 5 to 8 years of project or programme management experience in delivery-heavy environments: IT services, system integration, infrastructure rollouts, or industrial automation at national scale.
- Track record of personally owning at least one multi-month, multi-party delivery to a measurable outcome.
- Excellent stakeholder management: comfortable in senior customer meetings and equally comfortable troubleshooting with field teams.
- Robust written communication: status notes, decision memos, and escalation summaries structured for clarity and leadership visibility.
- Hands-on with planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar) and capable of building and working with dashboards.
- Bias toward action and ownership: act first when a milestone is at risk, with judgment about which calls to escalate.
- Strong oral communication in English, Hindi, and Tamil.

Nice to Have

- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Prior delivery experience with large enterprise or PSU customers.
- Background in technology rollouts at large scale.
- MBA or equivalent in operations or technology management.
