Job Overview The AD&M; Analytics Engagement Lead serves as the primary analytics business partner for the Sales and finance functions within the AD&M; Analytics & AI Center of Excellence (AACE). This role combines strong business acumen, analytics expertise, and program leadership to drive the successful delivery of strategic analytics initiatives that create measurable business value.

Unlike a traditional PMO role, the Engagement Lead provides dedicated end-to-end ownership of high-impact analytics engagements—from opportunity identification and requirements definition through solution delivery, user adoption, and executive sign-off. The role ensures alignment between business priorities and analytics execution while serving as the central point of coordination across business stakeholders, analytics teams, and technology partners.

The Engagement Lead is responsible for managing project portfolios, facilitating Agile delivery through Jira sprint management, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining transparent stakeholder communications. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Data Scientists, the Engagement Lead prioritizes initiatives, removes delivery obstacles, and ensures projects are delivered on time and aligned with strategic objectives.

As a trusted advisor, the Engagement Lead builds robust relationships across all levels of the organization—from individual contributors to senior executives—to foster alignment,



drive informed decision-making, and maximize the business impact of analytics investments.

Job Requirements

Engagement & Delivery

- Act as the point of contact for stakeholders - from business users tosenior leadershipsponsors - managing expectations, escalations, and relationship health throughout the engagement lifecycle.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics engagements with a focus on high value generating projects (ROI) andMaintain portfolio roadmap for the sales function including

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

- Lead project reviews, status updates, decision-making forums, Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to appropriate stakeholders while driving resolution.

Project Management and Collaboration

- Own project planning, scope definition, milestone tracking, and risk management across concurrent analytics workstreams.

- Lead Agile delivery for analytics initiatives by facilitating sprint planning, backlog prioritization, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; coordinate cross-functional teams, manage delivery risks, and ensure alignment with business priorities





- Collaborate with data engineers and BI developers to design analytics solutions using tools such as Fabric Power BI, Databricks etc

Qualification

- 10+ years of overall experience in delivery, or client-facing project management roles working along analytics consulting.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in delivering Analytics and/or AI projects across sales and finance functions

- Experience with sales processes and data such as Sales Operations, CRM, leads/opportunities, booking and billing, POS, forecasting.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interacting with all levels of leadership.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a global organization.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones, specifically Eastern United States

- PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
