Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IoT, Gateway, Cloud, and Mobile Application programs. The role requires strong expertise in Agile project management, stakeholder coordination, people management, and governance across AWS and Azure cloud environments, while ensuring compliance with GDPR and ISO 27001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end project delivery across IoT devices, gateways, cloud platforms, and mobile applications

- Lead Agile project execution using Scrum / SAFe practices

- Plan and manage project scope, schedule, cost, and quality

- Perform risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue management

- Ensure effective resource planning, utilization, and capacity management

- Drive people management including team onboarding, performance tracking, and mentoring

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Firmware, Cloud, Mobile, QA, DevOps, Security)

- Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive reviews

- Ensure projects adhere to GDPR, ISO 27001, and security best practices

- Track and control project budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization

- Establish and maintain project documentation (plans, RAID logs, reports)

- Support release planning, dependency management, and delivery governance





- Experienced in implementing secure development methodologies, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems integrity.

Mandatory Skills Experience

- 10+ years of Project Management experience

- Strong domain experience in:

- IoT Systems Gateways

- Cloud Platforms - AWS and Azure

- Mobile Application Development (Android iOS)

- Proven expertise in:

- Agile Project Management (Scrum / SAFe)

- People Management Team Leadership

- Risk Management

- Cost Budget Management

- Resource Utilization Capacity Planning

- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools

- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy requirements

Compliance Standards

- Working knowledge of GDPR requirements

- Experience managing projects aligned with ISO 27001 standards

Education

- B.Tech / B.E - Mandatory

- M.Tech / M.E - Nice to have

Certifications (Good to Have)

- Scrum Master (CSM / PSM)

- PMP (Project Management Qualified)

- SAFe Agilist / SAFe Practitioner
