Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong IT background to manage and coordinate technology projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate should have experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams and a good understanding of Agile project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects end-to-end, from planning and execution through delivery and closure.
- Coordinate with clients, business stakeholders, developers, QA, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Understand project requirements, define priorities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
- Work closely with technical teams to understand project requirements, delivery challenges, and dependencies.
- Manage project documentation, trackers, status reports, and other project-related artefacts.
- Ensure effective communication between distributed teams,



including India and US-based stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and proactively work with teams to develop mitigation plans.
- Support Agile/Scrum practices and facilitate effective collaboration across project teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within Technology.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA for project/task tracking and monitoring.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with distributed teams, preferably across India and the US.
- Good understanding of software development processes and technical project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on Healthcare IT applications, platforms, or technology projects.
- Exposure to US Healthcare domain and related processes would be an advantage.
- Experience with tools such as Confluence, project tracking tools, and collaboration platforms.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification would be an added advantage.
