Job Summary-

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully completing HVAC projects involving ducting, insulation, fabric ducting, fans, and Air Handling Units (AHUs). The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC projects from kickoff to handover.
- Manage installation of GI/MS ducting, insulation, fabric ducting, AHUs, fans, and ventilation

systems.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and installation teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.




- Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and client meetings.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company HSE policies. - Manage material planning, procurement coordination, and site logistics. - Prepare project reports, billing documents, and project completion records.
- Resolve technical and commercial issues during project execution.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience

- 8- 15 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
- Hands-on experience with ducting, insulation, fabric ducting, AHUs, fans, ventilation systems, and commercial/industrial HVAC projects.
