Project Manager – High-Speed Separator Skids

About the Role

We are looking for a technically robust Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of custom high-speed centrifugal separator skid packages. The role will involve local fabrication in Pune and close technical coordination with a US-based engineering partner.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete project execution from design approval to fabrication, assembly and FAT.
- Review and interpret P&IDs;, piping layouts, structural drawings and instrumentation schematics.
- Supervise workshop fabrication, piping assembly, structural alignment, welding and NDT activities.
- Coordinate with US engineering teams on technical requirements, engineering changes, materials and project schedules.
- Manage local vendors and sub-vendors for specialized components and fabrication.
- Ensure compliance with applicable international engineering, fabrication and quality standards.
- Coordinate project timelines, quality, documentation and customer requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant project management/engineering experience.
- Strong experience with skid-mounted process systems / modular skid packages.
- Hands-on experience with high-speed centrifugal separators, disc stack centrifuges or decanter centrifuges is highly preferred.




- Experience with systems from manufacturers such as Alfa Laval, GEA or Trucent will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of P&IDs;, piping, fabrication and process equipment.
- Knowledge of ASME B31.3, ASME Section VIII/IX or AWS standards.
- Experience with welding, NDT, vendor coordination and workshop execution.
- Exposure to instrumentation/electrical drawings and automation integration.
- Excellent English communication skills with experience handling international/US clients.
