About the Role

Intensiv Filter Himenviro is looking for a highly driven and technically strong Project Manager to lead the execution of complex industrial projects across domestic and international markets.

This role requires an individual who can think beyond task lists and schedules, take complete ownership of project delivery, and successfully manage the intersection of engineering,

manufacturing, commercial requirements, site execution, and client expectations.

The ideal candidate will be capable of transforming technical designs into successful on-site execution while maintaining strict control over timelines, costs, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Execution

- Manage the complete project lifecycle from order receipt to final commissioning and handover.
- Take full ownership of allocated projects, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and contractual commitments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Site Execution, and Commercial departments.
- Develop detailed project execution plans, monitor progress, and proactively mitigate risks.

Techno-Commercial Management
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and resource plans.
- Monitor project profitability, billing milestones, payment collections, and cash flow in coordination with commercial teams.
- Evaluate project risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives.
- Manage scope changes, variation orders, and contractual obligations throughout project execution.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide transparent progress updates.
- Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Resolve critical technical and commercial issues through effective communication and problem-solving.

Manufacturing & Fabrication Coordination
- Coordinate with manufacturing facilities and fabrication teams to ensure timely production of project equipment.
- Review fabrication schedules, quality plans,



and inspection requirements.
- Monitor manufacturing progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Support vendor development and supplier performance management activities.

Site Execution & Commissioning
- Plan and monitor site erection, installation, commissioning, performance testing, and project closure activities.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and client representatives to ensure safe and timely execution.
- Resolve site-related technical challenges and support troubleshooting during commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout project execution.

Technical Oversight & Documentation
- Review and interpret technical drawings, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, P&IDs;, structural drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Ensure project deliverables align with client specifications and engineering standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, MOMs, schedules, and change management records.
- Ensure seamless communication and documentation management across global teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Education

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
- MBA in Project Management, Operations, or Business Management (Preferred)

Experience
- 8 - 15 years of experience in industrial project execution.
- Proven experience managing domestic and international projects.
- Experience handling multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing projects.

- MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent project planning tools.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in one or more of the following industries will be highly preferred:
- Air Pollution Control Systems (APC)
- Bag Filters and Dust Collection Systems
- Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP)
- Cement Plants
- Steel Plants
- Thermal Power Plants
- Biomass Power Plants
- Distilleries
- Chemical & Process Industries
- Waste-to-Energy Plants

Additional Requirements
- Valid Passport
- Willingness to travel extensively within India and internationally
- Experience managing overseas clients and multicultural project teams
- Knowledge of French or German language will be an added advantage
