Role Description This is a full-time, in office Project Manager role based in Jaipur.

The Project

Manager will oversee interior and construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include planning project schedules, coordinating with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients, and managing site activities to ensure smooth execution. The role involves monitoring progress, conducting inspections, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining clear documentation and reporting.

Manager will also be responsible for procurement follow-up, expediting materials, and optimizing logistics to support efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess experience in Inspection to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize site resources, manage vendors, and align material flow with project milestones.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in interior projects or residential construction, along with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, will be beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects, use basic project management tools, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders is required.
