We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Design & Construction (Buildings) to join our team. The role will be responsible for coordinating design, construction planning, consultants, project schedules, budgets, and various internal and external stakeholders across our building projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate architectural, structural and MEP design activities across projects.
- Review, check and verify architectural, structural, MEP and other project drawings for completeness, coordination and constructability.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, project teams, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Identify design conflicts, discrepancies and coordination issues before execution at site.
- Track drawings, approvals, revisions, technical queries and consultant deliverables.
- Develop, maintain and monitor detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP) and/or Primavera P6.
- Review project progress against planned schedules and identify potential delays, dependencies and critical activities.
- Analyse project budgets, commitments, awarded packages, anticipated costs and cost-to-complete.
- Coordinate with internal QS, Purchase, Engineering and Project teams on project requirements and commitments.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide transparent updates on design, schedule, cost, risks and pending decisions.




- Conduct site visits as required to verify design implementation, resolve coordination issues and support the execution team.
- Ensure effective communication and timely closure of issues between all internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain proper project documentation, trackers, schedules and management reports.

Qualification

Any one of the following is required:
- B.Arch – Bachelor of Architecture
- B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering
- Diploma – Civil Engineering

Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
- Strong experience in design coordination, drawing review and project management.
- Valuable understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong MEP coordination knowledge/expertise will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
- Ability to understand and analyse project budgets, commitments and cost reports.
- Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, site teams and management.
- Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A positive, energetic and lively personality with a collaborative approach to working with teams.
