Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT or automation projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proven experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platforms.
- Familiarity with Java Selenium or other automation testing frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Project Management is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
