- Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager – Technology Project Delivery Head to lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and technology projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project portfolios, driving delivery excellence, leading cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and implementing modern software delivery practices.

This role requires a strong blend of project management, technology leadership, Agile delivery, cloud technologies, DevOps, AI-enabled software engineering, and stakeholder management. The candidate should also champion the adoption of AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity, software quality, and delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects from initiation through deployment and support.

Manage web, mobile, cloud, enterprise applications, CMS, eCommerce, and digital transformation projects.

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.

Develop project plans, roadmaps, delivery schedules, and execution strategies.

Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and steering committee meetings.

Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

Track project financials, profitability, resource utilization, and delivery KPIs.

Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and quality standards.

Coordinate production releases, deployment planning, and post-production support.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Lead and mentor Project Managers,



Technical Leads, Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders.

Build strong client relationships and manage communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate strategic decision-making.

Manage vendor relationships and third-party technology partners.

Handle project escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Technology Leadership

Provide technical oversight across software development and digital platforms.

Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Work closely with DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security teams for seamless deployments.

Promote engineering excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.

AI & Innovation Leadership

Drive the adoption of AI-powered development tools across engineering teams.

Identify opportunities to leverage AI for software development, project management, testing, documentation, and automation.

Establish AI governance, security, and responsible usage guidelines.

Mentor teams on effective use of Generative AI tools to improve productivity.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions that enhance delivery excellence.

Promote AI-assisted estimation, sprint planning, documentation, code reviews, testing, and reporting.
