We are hiring a Project Lead to lead and manage a community health project. The Project Lead owns end-to-end delivery of the project.
Key responsibilities:
- Programme delivery and operations
- Community outreach and partnerships
- Digital health
- Data, monitoring and reporting
- Budget, compliance and governance
- Team leadership
Person specification:
- Bachelor's/ Masters' degree, preferably in social work, rural management or management.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience.
- Strong operational discipline: planning, logistics, budgeting and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel extensively in rural/field conditions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
