Job Title - Project Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning &
- Execution: Develop, implement, and track detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, including obtaining necessary permits.

- Site Management &

- Supervision: Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations (OSHA) and quality standards.

- Subcontractor &

- Resource Management: Hire, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and staff, ensuring resources are optimized.

- Communication &

- Reporting: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, providing regular progress updates.

- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot, and remove obstacles to maintain project momentum.Workable 9

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

- Experience:



Proven experience (typically 3 years) as a Project Lead, Construction Manager, or similar role.

- Skills: Robust leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in reading technical drawings and using construction management software.

- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications are preferred.Indeed 4

Key Competencies
