Role & responsibilities

- Take accurate site measurements for store setups and renovations

- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and progress

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders

- Manage daily operations related to project execution

- Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs) efficiently

- Handle end-to-end execution of 45 retail store projects simultaneously

- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and quality standards

- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of experience in retail project execution
- Preference for candidates from home furnishing / apparel / lifestyle retail
- Strong vendor management and coordination skills
- Valuable understanding of store design, measurements, and execution
- Proficiency in basic tools like Excel and documentation
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
