Role Description This full-time, on-site Project Engineer – Buildings role is based in Mangaluru.

The Project

Engineer will oversee day-to-day project execution for building construction, including coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure work is completed on schedule and within quality standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, planning and monitoring site activities, managing resources, and addressing technical issues that arise during construction. The role involves preparing progress reports, supporting project documentation,



ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and assisting with inspections and handover.

The Project

Engineer will collaborate closely with project management to optimize timelines, costs, and quality across residential and commercial building projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Construction Engineering skills relevant to building construction projects.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to coordinate timelines, resources, budgets, and site activities effectively.
- Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills for interaction with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
- 5+ years of experience in building construction projects, preferably in residential and commercial developments in Karnataka.
- Working knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control practices.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents, and use relevant project management or construction software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work collaboratively on-site in a fast-paced environment.
